Naviance

Naviance is JCHS’s online college and career readiness platform that helps students plan for their future by providing tools for college search, application tracking, scholarship opportunities, and career exploration. Students use it to organize their academic goals, explore potential colleges or careers, and manage the college application process.

Freshman Year: Know Yourself. Explore your strengths via assessments and use the results to improve your skills and study habits.
Sophomore Year: Research Careers and Colleges. Learn more about career opportunities and what colleges are looking for in applicants.
Junior Year: Prepare to Apply. Using information from 9th and 10th grade, build your college list and solidify your major. Create resumes and essays for college applications.
Senior Year: Apply. Track application status, submit requests for letters of recommendation, and apply for scholarships.
